Roist is currently seeking a dynamic, sales-driven, and self-disciplined individual to join the Sales Account Management team. These representatives work in a proactive role with existing Roist SoftLab clients to build and sustain long-term relationships. This role includes collaboration with clients through analyzing processes then presenting technology solutions that solve business problems and improve efficiency. Base salary plus sales bonus with the opportunity to increase salary.


  • Providing Key Accounts from the list of Sales Leads
  • Adding new Sales Leads with all the contact details available
  • Follow up of existing Key Accounts
  • Keeps track of Key Account Special Offers
  • Monitors Key Account Customer Satisfaction Questionnaires
  • Keeps, and maintains up to date file of Key Account related digital content, including but not limited to logos, manuals, procedures and product specification contracts and presentations
  • Keeps, and maintains up to date Key Account organizational charts, and contact database from all related source markets


  • Strong sales skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (advanced). German is an advantage
  • Computer skills: Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications: Specifically, Excel, Word,
  • Must have exceptional follow-up skills
  • Must be detailed oriented, accurate and able to multitask
  • Strong self-initiator and action oriented attitude
  • Must be reliable, responsible and dependable
  • Strong customer service ethics
  • Availability to work in different time zones
  • Ability to interact professionally with other cultures
  • Mentality of client service and taking responsibility beyond direct duties
